LIATHARGA.MY.ID – The Miami Heat team managed to equalize the score to 1-1 in the NBA 2023 finals against the Denver Nuggets after winning 111-108 in the second game.
The Nuggets initially entered the fourth quarter with a significant point difference of 83-75. However, the Heat managed to score an additional 36 points in the final moments to come from behind and win 111-108.
The Heat started to catch up from the beginning of the fourth quarter. Gabe Vincent’s three-point shot led the Heat to take the lead at 86-85.
After that, the advantage continued to favor the Heat. They even led by eight points at 109-101 with only two minutes remaining in the game.
In the remaining time, the Nuggets tried to make a comeback. Eventually, the Heat managed to hold on, and the gap narrowed to three points at 108-111 when Nikola Jokic scored with 35 seconds left in the game.
After Jimmy Butler’s three-point attempt failed to increase the Heat’s lead, the Nuggets still had a chance for one final attack. However, Jamal Murray’s three-point attempt missed the target, resulting in the Nuggets failing to force the game into overtime.

Gabe Vincent was the leading scorer for the Heat with 23 points, followed by Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo, who both contributed 21 points. On the Nuggets’ side, Jokic had a brilliant performance with a double-double of 41 points and 11 rebounds.
After playing the first two games of the NBA finals in Denver, the next two final games will take place in Miami. This presents a great opportunity for the Miami Heat to take the lead in this best-of-seven NBA final series.
